পাত্রী খোঁজের গাণিতিক সূত্র
সম্প্রতি জেনেভা স্কুল অব বিজনেসের গবেষকরা দাবি করেছেন, তারা আদর্শ পাত্রী খুঁজে বের করার গাণিতিক সূত্র উদ্ভাবন করেছেন।
- গবেষকদের মতে, আদর্শ গৃহিণী হতে হলে কনেকে বরের চেয়ে কমপক্ষে পাঁচ বছরের ছোটো হতে হবে।
- গবেষকদের মতে, আদর্শ গৃহিণী খুঁজে দীর্ঘস্থায়ী পারিবারিক জীবনযাপন করতে হলে বর-কনের বয়সের পার্থক্য হতে হবে কমপক্ষে পাঁচ বছর এবং তারা একইরকম পারিবারিক সংস্কৃতি থেকে উঠে আসতে হবে এবং মেয়েকে ছেলের তুলনায় বেশি বুদ্ধিমত্তাসম্পন্ন হতে হবে।
- গবেষকরা জানিয়েছেন, আদর্শ পরিবার গঠনের উদাহরণ হিসেবে ডিউক অব এডিনবরা এবং রানীর কথাটি বলা যায়। এ ক্ষেত্রে ডিউক এবং রানীর বয়সের পার্থক্য প্রায় ৫ বছরের। গবেষণার ফল প্রকাশিত হয়েছে ইউরোপীয় গবেষণা সাময়িকী ‘অপারেশনাল রিসার্চ’-এ।
- গবেষকরা আরও জানিয়েছেন, সুখী এবং দীর্ঘস্থায়ী দাম্পত্যে সামাজিকতার বিষয়গুলো গুরত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা পালন করে। পাত্রী নির্বাচনের ক্ষেত্রে মেয়েদের শতকরা ১৭ ভাগ বেশি বুদ্ধিমত্তাসম্পন্ন হতে হবে এবং পড়াশোনার ক্ষেত্রে ছেলেদের চেয়ে কমপক্ষে একটি বেশি ডিগ্রিধারী হতে হবে।
- গবেষণায় দেখা গেছে ফর্সা মেয়েদের তুলনায় শ্যামলা, উজ্জ্বল শ্যামলা কিম্বা কালো রং এর মেয়েরা স্বামী ও তার পরিবারের সদস্যদের বেশী ভক্তি করে।
- গবেষণায় আরো দেখা গেছে স্বাস্থ্যবতী মেয়েরা শান্ত শিষ্ট ও ধর্য্যশীল হয় আর ক্ষীন স্বাস্থ্যের মেয়েরা খিটখিটে মেজাজের হয়।
- জানা গেছে, যে পাত্রীরা তুলনামূলক আলজেবরায় ভালো, তারা সাংসারিক দুঃখ সুখ শেয়ারিং এ ভালো, আর যারা পাটীগণিতে ভালো তারা কিছুটা স্বার্থান্বেষী ধরণের হয়। আর জিওমেট্রিতে ভালো যারা, তাদের লোভ বেশী থাকে।
- আর, যাদের গলার স্বর চিকন থাকে, তারা বেশ লাজুক ধরণের হয়, সুরেলা কন্ঠের অধিকারীরা স্বাধীনচেতা, এবং অল্প কিছুদিনে একঘেয়েমীতে ভোগে, মোটা কন্ঠের অধিকারীরা কিছুটা রাগি এবং গম্ভীরভাবের হয়। অনেকাংশে তাদের মন ভালো হয়ে থাকে, অনেক সময় থাকে না।

- এ সব নিয়ম মেনে বিয়ে করলে শতকরা ২০ ভাগ সংসার সাধারণের তুলনায় বেশিদিন টিকে থাকার সম্ভাবনা থাকে।
- তবে গবেষকরা জানিয়েছেন, বিয়ে বিষয়টি অনেকটাই টিম ওয়ার্ক এবং পারিবারিক ঐতিহ্যের বিষয়। তবে একজন আরেক জনের ওপর বেশি আধিপত্য দেখাতে গেলেই সর্বনাশ ঘটতে পারে।

- A person who sits in office still late is not a hardworking person. He is a fool who does not know how to manage works within the stipulated time. Beside he is a loser in life who does not have personal or social life.
- You did not study hard and struggle in the life to be a machine and live a meaningful life.

(১) জ্ঞান,বিজ্ঞান,শিক্ষা,প্রযুক্তি,শিল্প-সংস্কৃতি,গবেষণা,অর্থনীতি সব দিক থেকে ইরান আজ বিশ্বের উন্নত দেশগুলোর তালিকায় নিজের স্থান করে নিয়েছে। দেশের উন্নয়নে তার দূরদর্শী চিন্তাভাবনা ইরানকে আজ অনেক দূর এগিয়ে নিয়ে গেছে।
(২) অথচ আপনি ভাবলে অবাক হবেন ,এই ক্ষমতাশালী লোকটি একসময় তেহরানের মেয়র থাকাকালে নিজ হাতে রাস্তায় ঝাড়ু দিতেন।
(৩)আপনি ভাবলে অবাক হবেন, এই লোকটি আজো দুই রুমের একটা ছোট্ট বাড়িতে থাকেন।তার বাসায় দুই একটা কাঠের চেয়ার ছাড়া আরা কোন আসবাবপত্র নেই।
(৪) আপনি ভাবলে অবাক হবেন, এই লোকটি আজো ঘরের ফ্লোরে একটা পুরনো কার্পেটের উপর বালিশ বিছিয়ে তারপর ঘুমান। তার বাসায় কোন শোয়ার খাট নেই।
(৫)আপনি ভাবলে অবাক হবেন, এই লোকটি প্রেসিডেন্ট থাকা অবস্থায় তার ছেলে মাহাদির বিয়েতে মাত্র ৪৫ জন অতিথিকে(২৫ জন নারী এবং ২০ জন পুরুষ)নিমন্ত্রন করেন। তাকে যখন NBC নিউজ চ্যানেলের সাংবাদিক এর কারন জিজ্ঞাসা করেন তখন তিনি অত্যন্ত হাসিমুখে বিনয়ের সাথে বলেন, এর চাইতে বেশি মানুষকে দাওয়াত দেওয়ার সামর্থ্য আমার নেই। ভাবুন, পৃথিবীর একটা উন্নত দেশের প্রেসিডেন্ট বলছে এই কথা। তাও সেই বিয়েতে কোন ভোজের ব্যাবস্থা ছিলনা। প্রত্যেক অতিথি কে একটি কমলা,একটি কলা,একটি আপেল আর ছোট্ট এক টুকরো কেক দিয়ে আপ্যায়ন করা হয়েছিল।
(৬) আপনি ভাবলে অবাক হবেন, এই লোকটি সবার আগে সকাল ৭ টায় অফিসে যান।
(৭) আপনি ভাবলে অবাক হবেন, এই লোকটি আজো সকালে বেরিয়ে যাওয়ার সময় নিজের স্ত্রীর হাতের বানানো সকালের ব্রেকফাস্ট এবং দুপুরের খাবার একটা ছোট্ট কালো ব্যাগে করে সাথে নিয়ে যান। অফিসের কার্পেটের ফ্লোরে বসে তৃপ্তির সাথে সবার সামনে তিনি তার খাবার খান।
(৮) দিনের একটা উল্লেখযোগ্য সময় তিনি বাসার দারোয়ান, পথচারী ও সাধারন মানুষের সাথে কথা বলে তাদের সুখ দুঃখ শেয়ার করেন।
(৯)তিনি যখনি কোন মন্ত্রীকে তার অফিসে ডাকেন তাকে একটা মন্ত্রণালয় চালানোর একটা দিকনির্দেশনা দিয়ে দেন। পাশাপাশি তিনি তাদের বলে দেন,রাস্ট্রের পক্ষ থেকে তাদের ব্যাক্তিগত হিসাব নিকাশ ও তাদের নিকট আত্নীয় স্বজনের কার্যকলাপ কঠিনভাবে মনিটর করা হচ্ছে।
(১০)ভাবতে অবাক লাগে তার ব্যাক্তিগত সম্পত্তি বলতে তেহরানের বস্তিতে অবস্থিত ছোট্ট একটি বাড়ি,যা ৪০ বছর আগে তিনি তার বাবার কাছ থেকে উত্তরাধিকার সূত্রে পেয়েছেন। বাড়িটির নাম Peugeot 504. আপনি শুনলে অবাক হবেন তার ব্যাংক একাউন্টে বেতনের জমানো কিছু টাকা ছাড়া আর কিছু নেই। তেহরান ইউনিভার্সিটি তে তার বেতন মাত্র ২৫০ ইউ এস ডলার।
(11) আপনি শুনলে অবাক হবেন, তিনি রাষ্ট্র পরিচালনার জন্য রাষ্ট্র থেকে কোন টাকা নেন না। তিনি ইউনিভার্সিটি থেকে প্রাপ্ত বেতনের টাকা দিয়ে চলেন।BBC সাংবাদিক তাকে এই নিয়ে প্রশ্ন করলে তিনি বলেন, “সব সম্পত্তি হল রাষ্ট্রের আর তার কাজ হল সেগুলো পাহারা দেওয়া”।

Difference between Hub, Switch, Router, Gateway & Bridge
I always confuse with the terms Hub, Switch & Router. Previously I have cleared the differences after searching in the Internet. After few days, again I forgot the differences. I am not involved in network related works. So this can be the reason behind forgetting the differences again & again. Thus this time I have decided to write it down in my blog so that I can find it anytime.
Hub:
A hub is typically the least expensive, least intelligent, and least complicated of the three. Its job is very simple - anything that comes in one port is sent out to the others.
Switch :
A switch does essentially what a hub does, but more efficiently. By paying attention to the traffic that comes across it, it can "learn" where particular addresses are.
Initially, a switch knows nothing and simply sends on incoming messages to all ports. Even accepting that first message, however, the switch has learned something - it knows on which connection the sender of the message is located. Thus, when machine "A" responds to the message, the switches only need to send that message out to the one connection.
Switches learn the location of the devices that they are connected to almost instantaneously. The net result is that most network traffic only goes where it needs to rather than to every port. On busy networks, this can make the network significantly faster.
Router:
Router is the smartest and most complicated of the bunch. Routers come in all shapes and sizes.A simple way to think of a router is as a computer that can be programmed to understand, possibly manipulate, and route the data that it's being asked to handle. Many routers today are, in fact, little computers dedicated to the task of routing network traffic.
Gateway:
A combination of hardware and software to link two different types of networks. This usually involves converting different protocols. For example, a gateway could be used to convert a TCP/IP packet to a NetWare IPX packet.
Bridge:
A combination of hardware and software to link two similar networks. It often connects LANs that use the same protocol, such as Ethernet. A bridge examines each data packet on a LAN and forwards any data packets addressed to a connected LAN. Bridges are faster than routers because they connect networks that are using the same protocol.

It will be recalled that the late ruler after loosing international recognition in connection with the Libyan uprising was killed On 20 October, 2011 by the National Transitional Council (NTC) after he has failed to relinquish power for a peaceful transition to democracy in Libya and surrender to international community.
In a meeting with Goldman Sachs executives, it was confirmed that 98% of Gaddafi's $1.3bn investment has been lost while the British government has announced that ?20 billion in liquid assets has been confiscated and the US treasury officials confirmed it has seized another $32 billion in cash.
I am seizing this opportunity to liaise with you, but it is base only on professionalism, to claim the euros40Million and the sum of $68Million which has been deposited in the secured vault which will be discussed and disclose to you. The funds were deposited secretly as the late ruler confided in me as a renowned financial advisor in Libya.
