"I am the BEST" - History of my most frequently used quote

"I am the BEST"- This was the most frequently used quote of mine during studying BRAC University. Even, my first email address was bestandone@hotmail.com. My first chat user name was 'BEST' in Bangla2000 chat. I was loved to call myself as BEST.

The goal of using this quote was - I wanted to BEST than everyone and wanted to be unique. I am lazy boy. Thus this quote also helped me to increase my confidence. One of my very good friend names is Anto. He loved to say - "You are the BEST. But I am better. Actually you are not BEST. You should say - I am trying to be BEST."

After few times, I have realized - Everyone is unique and everyone want to be BEST and everyone think himself BEST. So after that I have stopped thinking myself BEST. Because everyone think himself or herself as BEST. So let's live simple and normal life. Now I like to say - "You all are the BEST. But I am simple and happy".

Pakistan and Argentina will not win world cup before 2050

I support Pakistan Cricket Team and Argentine Football Team. In ICC world cup 2011, yesterday Pakistan has lost the game against India again. I have never seen Pakistan winning against India in any world cup. Yesterday I was so sad and hopeless because of this continuous failure of Pakistan. On the other hand, I have never seen Argentina as a winner of football world cup.

Unfortunately I support this 2 idiot teams of the world who has won the world cup when I was a kid and probably who will win the world cup when I will be too old. Probably I will not see their winning before 2050. Probably Bangladesh will win the ICC world cup within 2040. But this 2 idiot will not.

Argentina always believes in one man show and they always look for second Maradona. But football is a game where team work required which Argentina can’t do. So probably they will not win the world cup within year 2050.

On the other hand, Pakistan team is not good planner at all and not serious in every moment of the game. Let’s take an example - Opposite team need 220 runs to win against Pakistan. Then Pakistani team will be very serious from beginning. Suppose, they have taken first 5 wickets in 70 runs within 17 over’s. Then they will think that they have won the game already and will remove all the tension and will start dropping many catches and will do many more mistakes before 40 over’s. After 40 over’s, when they will see total run is 165, then again they will awoke from sleeping and will start struggle again. This is nature of Pakistani Cricket Team in most of the matches which I am watching from 1992. In this way, one world cup can be win unconsciously as they did in 1992. But it's not possible to win the world cup again and again in this way.

Although I know that probably this 2 idiot team will never win world cup, but I like their way of playing and they both are unpredictable. So Unfortunately I will support them always after supporting my own country, Bangladesh.

Human management is more complex then programming

I am programmer as well as system analyst and project manager also. Programming is very easy for me. But most people don't think so. According to them, programming is very complex and hard. Probably they are right. Because I have seen very few women as a programmer. The ratio between men and women programmer is 99:1. So obviously there is some complexity in this profession. Thus everyone is not coming in this profession. But it's hard to realize for me. Because programming is very easy for me.

But another truth is - human management is more complex then programming. As a project manager, I have seen that it is very hard to satisfy all junior staffs and top management together.And as a lecturer, I have seen that it is also very hard to satisfy all the students. And I know, it is also hard for politician to satisfy all the types of people.

So it very important to manage people very carefully. Everyone is unique and has unique character. So it's important to read them carefully and response them considering all the entire scenario. It's hard to satisfy to all type of people. So walking the way of the truth is the best way to satisfy majority of people.

"You are the breath of my life, so how can I live without you?" - This is one of my best created quote. I like it lottttt. Although this is not logical, but still it's great to express and feel.

On Mar 26,2011, I have found the following picture from facebook which has same meaning like my quote. This is a lovely picture.

Difference between i++ and ++i

Most programmers become confused regarding the difference between i++ and ++i. Please see the example to clear your conception. 

i = 5;
j = ++i;
Answer: i=5, j=6 (So ++i increase value of i and return incremented value)

i = 5;
j = i++;
k = i;
Answer: i=5, j=5, k= 6 (i++ increase value of i. But did not return incremented value. But incremented value will be received from next line of code)

Correct statement of Albert Einstein - "Before God we are all equally wise and equally foolish"

On February 10,2011 I wrote a blog named Wrong statement of Albert Einstein - "Before God we are all equally wise and equally foolish."

At that time, I did not find suitable answer to justify his quote. But now I have explanation and Sir Albert Einstein was correct - One of the meaning of BEFORE is 'Earlier in time' and another meaning is 'at or in the front' . So if we use second meaning, then the quote will be "In front of God we are all equally wise and equally foolish" which is a good statement where I don't have any objection.
